 In-Person Early Voting started Oct. 19?and will end Friday October 30th at the Valley County Clerk (Courthhouse in Cascade) from 8 a.m. to 5 pm. Monday-Friday.If you have received your absentee ballot please return ASAP. Be sure you put the ballot in ballot envelope and put that in the return envelope.
