Vacancy on the McCall Donnelly School Board- Application Accepted for Replacement

Jenny Ruemmele has resigned from the McCall-Donnelly School District Board of Trustees seat she has held since 2018 in Zone 1.

M-D is accepting letters of interest from residents of Zone 1 to fill the seat until Ruemmele’s term expires in December 2024.

Letters of interest should be sent to M-D Board Clerk Bianca Imel at bimel@mdsd.org, or to 120 Idaho Street, McCall, ID 83638.

The board plans to select a candidate at its June 13 board meeting.

As tensions over best practices to keep local schools open and safe begin to ease, McCall-Donnelly school board continues to serve a vital role protecting and championing our students and public schools. My wish is that the Zone 1 vacancy be filled by an individual who will lead with integrity, utilize research, aid teachers and staff, and, ultimately,  guide our great community and it’s future leaders as timely issues affecting our children are examined monthly. Please considering sharing your voice and further growing our exceptional schools.
