The event will honor Frank and Kathy Eld for their many years of service to Valley County before they move to Boise to restore and live in the historic Jones house.

Picnic attendees are asked to bring a potluck dish to share, their beverage of choice, and lawn chairs. Table service and good conversation will be provided.
