City of McCall Impact Zone

Recent updates to Idaho state code 67-6526 have led to ongoing discussions between Valley County and the City of McCall about the future of McCall Area of Impact (AOI). The statute requires the City and County to confirm or modify AOI boundaries. Will the city zoning be respected or will the AOI be the County conditional use system with no zoning? It is important for all citizens of McCall and Valley County to be informed and engaged.
